These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Premarket, including our website, applications, prediction markets, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

“Premarket,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the Premarket service and its operators. “You” refers to the person or entity using the Service.

You may use the Service only if you are legally able to enter into a binding agreement and using the Service is permitted where you live. You are responsible for understanding and following the laws, regulations, sanctions, tax requirements, and restrictions that apply to you. We may restrict access or features in certain locations or for certain users.

Some features require a compatible wallet or other authentication method. You are responsible for safeguarding your wallet, keys, seed phrases, credentials, and connected devices. Premarket cannot recover keys, reverse blockchain transactions, or take responsibility for unauthorized access caused by your failure to secure them.

You are responsible for activity initiated through your wallet or account. Notify us through the support channel in the Service if you believe your account or connection has been compromised.

Premarket provides software for creating and interacting with permissionless prediction markets. Market content may be created by users and may be incomplete, inaccurate, delayed, or misleading. Market prices and outcomes are not guarantees of future events or value.

Digital assets and blockchain transactions involve substantial risk, including loss of some or all of your funds, smart-contract or protocol failures, network congestion, transaction errors, volatility, and changes in law or technology. You are solely responsible for evaluating whether any activity is appropriate for you and for obtaining independent legal, tax, financial, or other professional advice.

Nothing on the Service is investment advice, financial advice, legal advice, a recommendation, or a solicitation to buy or sell any asset.

You are responsible for the questions, outcomes, descriptions, resolution sources, comments, and other content you submit. Content should be accurate to the best of your knowledge, lawful, and understandable to participants. A market’s displayed rules and selected resolution source may determine how the Service presents or records its outcome.

By submitting content, you grant Premarket a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, display, distribute, and format that content as needed to operate and improve the Service. You represent that you have the rights needed to grant this license.

The Service may charge or display platform, market, or transaction fees. Any applicable fee will be presented through the Service or the relevant transaction flow. Blockchain network fees are separate, may change, and are paid to network participants rather than Premarket. Transactions submitted to a blockchain may be irreversible.

You may not use the Service to:

• Break the law, evade sanctions, facilitate fraud, money laundering, market manipulation, or other abusive conduct.
• Interfere with the Service, probe or bypass security controls, introduce malicious code, or access data without authorization.
• Impersonate another person, misrepresent an affiliation, or use another person’s wallet or credentials.
• Submit content that infringes intellectual property, violates privacy, is defamatory, threatening, hateful, or sexually exploitative.
• Create markets or transactions designed to deceive participants or manipulate displayed prices, liquidity, or outcomes.
• Use automated access, scraping, or commercial exploitation in a way that burdens the Service or violates applicable rules.

The Service, including its software, branding, visual design, text, and non-user content, is owned by or licensed to Premarket and is protected by applicable law. These Terms give you a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the Service for its intended purpose. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, resell, or create derivative works from the Service except where applicable law expressly permits it.

The Service may rely on third-party wallets, blockchains, protocols, infrastructure, data providers, and links. Premarket does not control those services and is not responsible for their availability, security, content, or terms. Your use of a third-party service is governed by that provider’s agreement with you.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not promise that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, accurate, complete, or suitable for your needs. We do not guarantee any market result, price, liquidity, resolution, or availability of assets or functionality.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Premarket and its operators, contributors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, digital assets, or business opportunities arising from or related to the Service. Any liability that cannot be excluded will be limited to the amount you paid to Premarket for the Service during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim, unless applicable law requires a different result.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the Service, or restrict access, at any time when reasonably necessary for security, compliance, maintenance, or business reasons. You may stop using the Service at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply, including provisions about ownership, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and dispute-related obligations.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised Terms here and update the “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Service after the revised Terms become effective means you accept them. If a change is material, we may provide additional notice where appropriate.
